If you are unable to attend a lesson, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. For lessons held in my home studio, up to 2 lessons per term may be cancelled/rescheduled with no charge if advance notice is provided in each case. If a student has already cancelled/rescheduled 2 lessons within the term, any further cancellations will incur the full fee, regardless of advance notification.

For lessons held at WCC, any lessons missed during the term due to family holidays or for any other personal reasons are not replaced. At the commencement of each term, any scheduled school activity that will clash with a student's lesson is listed on the invoice and no lesson will be scheduled for that week. If, however, ad hoc school activities arise during the term (eg. interschool sports, excursions, rehearsals, etc) that are NOT listed nor accounted for on the invoice, the onus is on the student/parent to provide me with at least 24 hours notice of the student's inability to attend otherwise the lesson will be charged as normal. If sufficient notice is given, the lesson will either be replaced, or credited to the following term.

Same day cancellation or failure to turn up to a lesson will incur the full lesson fee, with no exemptions, and no option of a replacement lesson.

Please ensure that fees are paid in full by the due date stated on the invoice. If you have difficulty with the payment, please inform me as soon as possible as payment by installments is available. Please note that a $5 late fee may apply for fees still oustanding at the conclusion of the term.
